As a Product Designer at Qonto, you will:

• Lead the end‑to‑end design for new features, from discovery to delivery, within your cross‑functional team.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into compelling design solutions.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers, ensuring designs meet both technical and business requirements.
• Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the evolution of our product.
• Participate in design critiques and workshops, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in system design, visual design, and user research.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a history of working effectively within cross‑functional teams.
• A passion for solving complex problems and a relentless focus on the user experience.
• A growth mindset, eager to learn, share, and improve.
