N26 is seeking a Product Designer with a track record in internal tools to join our Barcelona UX Team. You will shape internal dashboards and workflows for operational teams, working with product, engineering and operations to boost efficiency. This is a hybrid Barcelona role with impact across diverse internal systems.

Formación

3+ years designing digital products, with focus on internal platforms.
User-centered mindset solving real-world problems with system constraints.
Strong UX skills in flow design and design systems.
Proven experience researching internal users and turning insights into design.
Understanding of how design boosts operational efficiency.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end design process for internal tools from discovery to validation.
Translate internal user insights into design opportunities with cross-functional teams.
Design for efficiency, speed, and usability for power users.
Contribute to NX D Design System and adapt for internal tool use cases.
Balance stakeholder requests, tech constraints, and workflow improvements.
