Job summary

Pasiona is seeking a Senior Product Designer – UX/UI with strong background in large B2C eCommerce to enhance the shopping experience for millions of customers. You will design across the entire funnel, collaborate with analytics, CRO, and stakeholders, and help scale Design Systems in an international multi-market setting.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in UX Design, Product Design, or UX/UI Design (8–15 years)
• Experience in large B2C eCommerce, marketplaces, or high-volume digital products
• Strong knowledge of online purchasing psychology and conversion patterns
• Ability to interpret behavioral data and translate insights into design proposals
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and UX/UI prototyping
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across Product, Business, Technology

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the entire eCommerce funnel across navigation, listings, product pages, cart, checkout, and payments
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity solutions
• Use analytics data to inform design decisions and identify friction points

Are you a Senior Product Designer specializing in eCommerce, motivated by improving the shopping experience for millions of customers? At Pasiona, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer – UX/UI with experience in large B2C eCommerce environments or large-scale corporate brands, able to combine design excellence, strategic thinking, and a data- and conversion-oriented mindset.

Design and optimize the entire eCommerce funnel: navigation, category and product listing pages, product pages, cart, checkout, payment methods, financing, promotions, and calls to action (CTAs). Identify friction points and opportunities for improvement in customer journeys to increase conversion, engagement, and digital adoption. Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity solutions in Figma. Use digital analytics data to understand user behavior, detect drop-off points, and inform design decisions. Collaborate with analytics, CRO, and experimentation specialists to define hypotheses, propose improvements, and evaluate results through A/B tests. Evolve and maintain scalable Design Systems, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and efficiency in design and development. Design responsive and mobile-first experiences, adapted to different devices and usage contexts. Work in an international, multi-market environment, balancing global consistency with the needs and particularities of each market. Document design decisions, hypotheses, learnings, and results. Collaborate with Product, Business, Technology, and other senior stakeholders, defending proposals with arguments based on user needs and business objectives. Act autonomously and take initiative, challenging existing solutions and proposing new opportunities for improvement. Contribute to developing the team's design practices, with the potential to take on leadership responsibilities and support other designers as the area grows.

Senior experience in UX Design, Product Design, or UX/UI Design, ideally 8 to 15 years. The depth and relevance of eCommerce experience will be especially valued. Direct experience in large B2C eCommerce companies, marketplaces, digital retail, or large corporate brands with high-volume digital products. We are not looking for profiles whose experience is limited exclusively to small local projects or small-scale startups. Solid knowledge of online purchasing psychology and navigation and conversion patterns: categories, listings, product pages, cart, checkout, payments, financing, promotions, and CTAs. Experience designing, launching, and improving scalable digital products. Ability to interpret behavioral data, identify friction points, and translate insights into CRO-oriented design proposals. Knowledge of conversion, drop-off, engagement, and digital journey performance metrics. Advanced proficiency in Figma and solid experience in UX, UI, prototyping, and Design Systems. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders in complex environments. Ability to connect design decisions with business objectives and metrics. International experience or experience working with products and users across different markets. Portfolio with real product case studies explaining the problem, the design process, the decisions made, and the results achieved. Fluent English, essential for collaborating with international teams and the Paris headquarters. Availability to work in a hybrid model, with three days in person per week in Barcelona. Those living outside the area must be willing to relocate at their own expense from their start date. Analytical mindset, curiosity, and results orientation. Hands‑on, autonomous, and proactive profile. Attention to detail and sensitivity to visual and functional quality. Ability to challenge the status quo and drive improvements. Ability to influence and justify decisions without formal authority. Clear communication and collaboration with Product, Business, and Technology teams.
