ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Your main role here will be to

design the product

and

own the user experience

from concept to launch. You'll translate complex financial processes into intuitive, accessible, and beautiful interfaces. You will work predominantly with modern design tools (like Figma), understand user’s problems, and build interactive prototypes. You will be part of one of the product teams, creating new features and improving the already existing ones.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Design, prototype, test, and iterate on user flows and interfaces in a thriving environment.

The work will focus mostly on designing new features for our tech product and making improvements on the existing ones.

Work within your cross‑functional team (engineers, product managers, …) to uphold the highest standards of design and usability right across the product.

Gather and analyse feedback, and iterate on designs based on market needs and customers’ feedback.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Minimum 4 years of experience, some of them in a startup environment in similar roles (preferably if you have been in different startups).

You have worked using agile methodologies (preferably SCRUM).

A strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex digital products (web and / or mobile) and detailing your design process.

Expertise in the full design process : UX, mapping user journeys, wire framing, high‑fidelity mockups and prototyping.

You have communication skills to help facilitate the design process, set up frameworks, brainstorm initial design concepts and speak confidently about your own design work and reasoning.

Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).

Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.

Work well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Language Skills: full professional proficiency in English.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

Competitive fixed annual compensation: 35k€ - 45k€ , based on experience and proven skills.

Variable pay of up to 10% of your gross annual (paid every six months) depending on your performance and company performance.

A total of 26 days of paid vacation: 23 days of paid vacation + 1 day off for your birthday + 2 days off for Christmas and New Year's Eve.
