FX Digital in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of CTV experiences for a major OTT platform. You will translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals while building scalable design systems.

You will mentor junior designers and collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to align on vision and roadmaps, ensuring accessibility and business goals are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in CTV, media, or digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and creative marketing work.
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design tools.
• Experience mentoring and guiding design teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility, platform guidelines, and usability principles for TV interfaces.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our talented design team at our Barcelona office. In this role, you'll lead design projects within the OTT space, working closely with our Creative Director and Head of Design for guidance and support.

• Design internal marketing materials (presentations, campaigns, banners) that align with the company's brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to translate product features into visually compelling content.
• Guide, mentor, and provide feedback to junior and mid-weight designers.
• Contribute to defining design processes, standards, and systems for the team.
• Apply platform-specific best practices for TV navigation, readability, and interaction design.
• Conduct usability testing for CTV experiences and refine designs based on feedback.
