CloudPay Espana S.L. is seeking a Product Designer (UI/UX) to own end-to-end design for a global payroll and payments platform.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will lead design for complex features, conduct user research, contribute to the design system, and work across the lifecycle with PMs and engineers.

Formación

• Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design work, product thinking, design quality, and measurable impact.
• Experience cross‑functionally with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• HR tech or payroll domain knowledge is advantageous but not required.
• Familiarity with API‑first or integration‑heavy platforms and AI‑powered product experiences is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end‑to‑end design for complex product features, from discovery through delivery, producing high‑quality wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and discovery sessions to validate assumptions and inform design decisions.
• Contribute to the evolution and adoption of CloudPay’s design system, ensuring consistency across the platform while championing accessibility standards.
• Partner with product managers and engineers through the product lifecycle—scoping, ideation, build, and launch—presenting design decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Role Overview

Product Designer (UI/UX) for CloudPay’s global payroll and payments platform. Own end‑to‑end design of complex product experiences, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, user‑centered solutions that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design for complex product features, from discovery through delivery, producing high‑quality wireframes, prototypes, and final UI. Translate ambiguous problems into clear, well‑reasoned design solutions with strong rationale.
• Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and discovery sessions to validate assumptions and inform design decisions. Synthesise qualitative and quantitative data to surface patterns, gaps, and opportunities, and advocate for the user throughout the product development process.
• Contribute to the evolution and adoption of CloudPay’s design system, ensuring consistency across the platform while championing accessibility standards and best practices.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle—scoping, ideation, build, and launch—presenting and communicating design decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in product design or UI/UX, with a portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design work, product thinking, design quality, and measurable impact.
• Demonstrated experience cross‑functionally with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Background in HR tech or global payroll is advantageous but not required.
• Familiarity with API‑first or integration‑heavy platforms and AI‑powered product experiences is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of AI tools to accelerate and sharpen the design process.
• Solid understanding of design systems, component libraries, and design tokens.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable using usage data and product metrics to inform and validate design decisions.
