Responsibilities

Would you be interested in continuing to develop as a Product Data Analyst in a high-performance technological environment, participating in large-scale projects at Europe's largest retailer and directly impacting millions of users? At Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for a Product Data Analyst to join our Data & IT team as part of a top-tier international project based in Barcelona. You will act as a product and data lead and strategic partner to POs, designers, and engineers.

• Act as the product's data lead within the squad, driving data-based decision-making and working closely with the Product Owner and Product Designer to define success KPIs.
• Design and define product tracking strategies, engagement metrics, and the execution of A/B tests and continuous experimentation on customers' purchasing habits and behavior across 32+ countries.
• Perform advanced analysis of large volumes of data (Big Data), identifying patterns and trends and translating them into actionable business insights.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain customized data pipelines and ETLs, ensuring data validation rules and data quality from the RAW state through to the business layers.
• Build and evolve dashboards and analytical reports (using Databricks and visualization tools) to track product performance and provide ad hoc reporting.

Требования:

• University degree in a STEAM field (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or related fields).
• Substantial experience (3+ years) as a Product Data Analyst on digital products (mobile and/or web applications) and in product analytics.
• Advanced level and demonstrable hands‑on experience (3+ years) with SQL and PySpark.
• At least 1 year of experience working with Databricks workspaces and familiarity with Medallion‑type data architectures.
• Experience in designing and running A/B tests, product analytics, and data extraction/transformation (ETL).
• Good, fluent English (at least B2) to interact with the group's international teams.
• Autonomous and meticulous, with business acumen and a strong ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Будет плюсом: Knowledge of or experience with Cloud environments (GCP), data orchestration and transformation (Airflow, DBT), BI tools (Looker, Power BI, MicroStrategy), BigQuery, and version control with Git / Azure DevOps will be positively valued
