Job summary

Holded ищет специалиста по анализу данных продукта в Барселоне. Ваша задача — работать с менеджерами продукта и бизнес-стейкхолдерами, определять метрики, настраивать трекинг и мониторы, анализировать поведение пользователей и качество продукта.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Data plays a key role in how we design the product, support our customers, and make better decisions across the company. Our Data team works with teams across Holded (Product, Sales, Support, Marketing and Finance) and we’re now looking for a Product Data Analyst to join us, with a focus on specific products within Holded.

Задачи:

• Working closely with Product Managers and Business stakeholders
• Supporting frequent product launches by defining metrics, validating tracking, building observability and monitoring results
• Analyzing the behavior of users and our product performance
• Developing data models using dbt
• Contributing to shared metrics and a common semantic layer
• Building and improving dashboards used by Product and Business teams
• Answering small and big data questions and helping teams understand what’s happening in the business.

Требования:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Master in Data Science or any related field
• Around 3+ years of experience in data, analytics or a similar role
• Great SQL
• Basic DBT knowledge
• Data modeling knowledge
• Ideally, some experience working close to product and business teams
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn Spanish (working proficiency), English (Intermediate)
• Based in Barcelona
• Будет плюсом: Experience with BigQuery, Lightdash or cloud platforms is a plus, but not required; Some experience with Python is a plus
