Moody’s seeks a skilled professional to lead and deliver client-focused SaaS implementations across European engagements, leveraging Moody’s data solutions, connectors, and AI-powered technologies. You will gather requirements, configure solutions, and train clients while collaborating with stakeholders across regions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, CRM/ERP familiarity, and hands-on AI tool usage to improve workflows. Fluency in Spanish is required, with Italian as a plus.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Banking, Computer Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Graduate degree such as a Master’s or MBA is preferred.
• 3+ years of SaaS implementation experience in a financial software environment.
• Experience delivering client-facing software implementation projects including requirements gathering, configuration, stakeholder management and training.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and data integration; familiarity with SOAP APIs is a plus.
• Experience with CRM/ERP platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP)
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in Spanish is required; Italian is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency; awareness of AI risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation projects to maximize value from Moody’s entity data solutions and APIs.
• Consult on Moody’s entity data solutions, connectors, and AI-powered technologies across European client engagements.
• Gather and analyze client requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to provide product feedback and escalate enhancements.
• Configure and customize workflow components of Moody’s solutions and CRM connectors.
• Provide best practices and guidance to ensure stable deployments and adoption.
• Deliver remote and on-site training to support successful implementation.
• Use internal tools to track progress and deliverables.
• Work with client tech teams and Moody’s SMEs to resolve issues.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel occasionally to client sites to support delivery.

Skills And Competencies

• 3+ years of SaaS implementation experience, ideally within a financial institution or financial software organization focused on business intelligence and data analysis
• Strong experience delivering client-facing software implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution configuration, stakeholder management, and training
• Experience with RESTful APIs and data integration technologies; familiarity with SOAP APIs is preferred
• Knowledge of customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP
• Basic understanding of coding principles including JSON, HTML, API integrations, and data analytics tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in Italian is preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands‑on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI‑powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.

Education

• Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Finance, Banking, Computer Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
• Graduate degree such as a Master's degree or Master of Business Administration is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects that help clients maximize value from Moody’s entity data solutions, APIs, connectors, and AI-powered technologies.
• Consult on and implement Moody's entity data solutions, application programming interfaces, connectors, and agentic solutions across European client engagements
• Conduct client requirements gathering and business analysis activities, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with prospective and existing clients to provide product feedback and escalte enhancement opportunities through established channels
• Configure and customize workflow and process-related components of Moody's entity data solutions, application programming interfaces, and customer relationship management connectors
• Deliver best practices and consultative guidance to support stable deployments and optimal solution adoption
• Provide user and technical training remotely and on-site to support successful client implementation and usage
• Utilize internal project tracking tools and reporting systems to manage implementation activities and project deliverables
• Collaborate with client technical teams and Moody’s subject matter experts to investigate, analyze, and resolve product and implementation issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through documentation reviews, methodology enhancements, and development of knowledge‑sharing materials
• Travel occasionally to client locations as required to support project delivery and client engagement

The Solutions Delivery team works closely with clients across Europe to implement and optimize Moody’s data, workflow, and technology solutions. The team partners with Product Management, Sales, Client Support, and subject matter experts to deliver high‑quality client outcomes, drive adoption of innovative technologies, and continuously enhance the client experience.
