Moody's busca un/a ingeniero/a de software con experiencia en desarrollo web para diseñar y entregar soluciones escalables en la nube, con enfoque en IA y GenAI. Trabajarás en un entorno ágil colaborando con equipos multifuncionales y en la integración de capacidades de IA para mejorar plataformas de entrega de contenido.

El candidato ideal posee 5+ años de experiencia, dominio de Python o TypeScript y experiencia en bases de datos y arquitecturas escalables.

Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en desarrollo web y ciclo de vida completo.
• Experiencia en Python o TypeScript con frameworks como FastAPI o Node.js.
• Conocimientos en bases de datos relacionales y NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experiencia en microservicios y arquitecturas event-driven en entornos cloud-native.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar y entregar soluciones escalables en la nube con IA.
• Construir microservicios serverless usando Python/TypeScript y frameworks modernos.
• Colaborar con equipos transversales para alinear con necesidades de negocio.
• Participar en revisiones de código, talleres técnicos y documentación interna.
• Mantener buenas prácticas de ingeniería y estándares de arquitectura.

Skills and Competencies

• 5+ years of web software development experience with full understanding of end-to-end development lifecycle
• Strong experience in Python or TypeScript with frameworks such as FastAPI or Node.js for scalable application development
• Experience designing and working with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Proven experience building microservices and event-driven architectures in cloud-native or serverless environments
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns, SOLID principles, CQRS, and hexagonal architecture to support scalable solutions
• Experience working in agile environments with strong collaboration across engineering teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to contribute in cross-functional and innovative teams

Preferred

• Experience working with large-scale or high-volume data environments
• Experience working within AWS ecosystem including Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB or similar cloud services
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• This role focuses on designing and delivering scalable cloud-native and AI-driven solutions while collaborating across teams to build innovative full-stack applications
• Design and build serverless microservices using Python, TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks to support scalable systems
• Collaborate on the integration of AI and GenAI solutions across full-stack architecture to enhance product capabilities
• Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications aligned with business needs
• Architect and maintain scalable cloud-native solutions for content delivery platforms with high availability requirements
• Lead and contribute to code reviews, technical workshops, and internal documentation to support engineering excellence
• Solve complex technical challenges using modern development practices and innovative technologies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and architecture standards across the team

About the Team

Our Digital Content & Innovations Engineering team is responsible for building and maintaining Moody's next-generation content delivery platforms. The team supports multiple engineering functions by delivering scalable, highly available, cloud-native solutions and enabling technology transformation across the organization. By joining our team, you will contribute to innovative technology initiatives, help scale global platforms, and support the adoption of AI-driven capabilities across Moody's digital ecosystem.
