Eurofirms Group | People first is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist in Viladecans, Spain, to ensure availability of materials and services for an airline partner. You will manage sourcing, supplier relations, and cost optimization across the full purchasing cycle.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and Finance, requiring a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and English at least B2 level. Hybrid work is offered with two remote days.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace/Aviation Management or related field.
• Experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in airlines or MRO/aerospace is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and supplier management.
• Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
• Advanced English level (minimum B2).

Responsabilidades

• Procure materials, spare parts and services for the airline.
• Identify and develop relationships with national and international suppliers.
• Negotiate terms, pricing and delivery schedules.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure commitments are met.
• Support optimization of supply chain and procurement processes.
• Manage inventory and ensure availability of critical materials.
• Prepare purchasing reports, cost analyses and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and Finance teams.

At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist to help ensure the availability of essential materials, equipment, and services for an airline company based in Viladecans, Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes for materials, spare parts, and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with national and international suppliers.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure compliance with agreed commitments.
• Support the optimization of supply chain and procurement processes.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of critical materials.
• Prepare purchasing reports, cost analyses, and performance indicators.
• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Finance teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain departments.
• Experience within airlines, MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) organizations, aircraft maintenance, or the aerospace industry will be considered a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and supplier management.
• Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
• Advanced English level (minimum B2).
