Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a detail-oriented procurement administrator to manage purchase orders and SAP updates. You will verify vendor confirmations, support price changes, and coordinate stock rotation with vendors and logistics teams.

You will resolve invoice and warehouse queries while handling ad hoc projects and maintaining strong internal and external communications. The role requires proactive, self-motivated professionals with excellent organizational skills and a solid grasp of MS Office

Job description

What you’ll do:

Place purchase orders based on the parameters submitted by Strategic Planner. Check vendor order confirmations for correct product, quantity, pricing and delivery dates, and updating system (SAP) accordingly. Assist the Strategic Planner with vendor price changes by ensuring correct cost prices are reflected within SAP. Coordinate the stock rotation process with the vendor and logistics teams as per contractual agreements. Resolve invoice and warehouse queries for assigned vendors. Work within set of policies and procedures and to continually review and update where necessary. Own and manage through until completion, any ad hoc projects as defined by the manager. Ensure timely and efficient communication with internal stakeholders, and vendors.

• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) and inventory replenishment systems (SAP R3) would be advantageous.
• Good analytical skills - to analyse data and take appropriate action.
• Knowledge of basic purchasing and inventory principles and practices would be advantageous.
