Huawei Europe is seeking a procurement leader to drive strategic sourcing and supplier management in an international setting. You will analyze markets, select suppliers, negotiate terms, and implement cost-saving initiatives across global teams.

The role requires extensive supplier negotiations, contract management, and the ability to coordinate internal and external meetings, delivering clear summaries and actionable insights.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Purchasing in an international environment.
• Degree or Master in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Laws or Accounting.
• Fluent in English; strong negotiation and stakeholder management across all levels of the organization.

Main Tasks

Procurement Environment and Market Insight

Lead strategic sourcing projects from market analysis through supplier selection, negotiation and implementation.

Procurement operation

Conduct supplier sourcing, RFQs, commercial negotiations, and contract management activities. Core internal & external Meeting organization, recording and summarizing, then publicity if need Analyze procurement costs and drive cost‑saving initiatives.

Suppliers Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure delivery, innovation, and performance. Help manage supplier relationships with key partners to improve performance, accountability and collaboration.

Experience and general requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Purchasing within an international environment. Degree or Master in Business Administration, Communication, Engineering, Finance, Laws，Accounting. Good communication and coordination skills, and teamwork spirit; Organized, detail –oriented. Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all organizational levels Fluent in English
