Volta is seeking a Procurement Legal Counsel to join the procurement team and manage drafting, review and negotiation of procurement contracts across Volta’s global portfolio. You will work with the VP, Vendor Procurement, regional directors and category managers, taking agreements from first draft through signature—NDAs, MSAs, and frameworks.

You will work from Volta's templates and playbooks, elevate non-standard risk to the VP or external counsel, and contribute to building templates,

Qualifications

• 4+ years drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally in procurement, data centre or large-scale infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with NDAs, MSAs, framework agreements and supply contracts; knowledge of standard form construction contracts like NEC, JCT, FIDIC or AIA.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review and negotiate NDAs with suppliers, contractors and consultants to avoid delays.
• Draft and negotiate Master Services Agreements, supply agreements and related order forms and statements of work.
• Support regional directors in preparing and negotiating regional framework agreements with pricing schedules and service levels.
• Review and manage contract risk, escalate non-standard positions to legal teams, and maintain version control.
