Job summary

Volta is seeking a Procurement Legal Counsel to join the Procurement team. You will draft, review and negotiate procurement contracts globally, from NDAs to MSAs and frameworks, using approved templates and playbooks.

You will escalate non-standard risks and help build contract templates and records. You will work with Regional Directors and Category Managers across EMEA and AMER, supporting regional agreements and end-to-end contract execution, with emphasis on risk management and clear

Qualifications

• NDAs, MSAs, framework agreements and supply contracts experience.
• Exposure to NEC, JCT, FIDIC or AIA construction contracts.
• Ability to assess commercial risk and elevate issues when needed.
• Experience working with in-house or external lawyers on high volume agreements.
• Familiarity with CLM and e-signature tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and negotiate NDAs, MSAs and supply contracts.
• Draft and negotiate regional framework agreements and price schedules.
• Assist in construction/project contracts and related forms.
• Manage contract execution end-to-end and maintain records.
• Provide reporting on contract status to VP Vendor Procurement.
