Walker Lovell Ltd is seeking a procurement leader to build the European strategy for sourcing and supplier management. You will own the European procurement function, shape supplier strategy, negotiate with contract manufacturers, and work with senior leadership.

Fluent English and Spanish are required, with occasional European travel. The role offers a strong package with a performance-linked bonus, flexible hours, and extensive opportunities for impact across a growing European footprint.

Formación

• Senior strategic procurement, sourcing or category management experience within food, nutrition, ingredients, FMCG or another relevant regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience managing suppliers and outsourced or contract manufacturing relationships.
• Evidence of delivering measurable commercial improvements through sourcing, negotiation and supplier development.
• Fluent English and Spanish, with flexibility for occasional European travel.

Responsabilidades

• Build the strategic procurement framework across European operations, establishing processes, reporting and supplier evaluation.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and contract manufacturers across pricing, payment terms, MOQs and commercial agreements.
• Drive cost optimisation and supplier diversification using market intelligence and structured sourcing strategies.
• Partner with senior leadership, R&D, Quality, Finance and Sales on sourcing, margin, forecasting and supply decisions.
