Greenvolt Power Spain, a division of Greenvolt Group, is seeking a Procurement Contracts Senior Manager to oversee commercial and contractual management of procurement packages during the construction phase of utility-scale renewable energy projects (Solar PV, Wind, BESS, Grid Connection).

The role protects commercial interests, manages risks, negotiates claims and variations, and ensures compliance by contractors and suppliers throughout execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in commercial management, contract management, procurement or project controls.
• Experience with EPC and construction contracts for utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC or similar frameworks.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial administration of EPC, BoP, substation, transmission line and related contracts.
• Coordinate handover from contract execution through Construction, including securities, insurance, interim O&M arrangements and documentation.
• Lead evaluation, negotiation and administration of variation orders and contract amendments with Construction.
• Manage contractor claims, EOT requests, compensation events and dispute resolution processes.
• Monitor contractual compliance, milestones, warranties, liquidated damages and risks impacting cost and schedule.
• Support project cost control, forecasting and reporting throughout construction.
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Legal and Finance teams for contract management and delivery.
• Lead contract close-out, final accounts, warranty management and settlements.
• Support handover to Operations and Maintenance (O&M) with contracting and documentation.
• Assist Project Finance by providing contractual and commercial documentation to lenders and internal teams.

• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks impacting project cost, commercial deliverables, schedule and performance.
• Support project cost control, forecasting and reporting activities throughout construction.
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Legal and Finance teams to ensure effective contract management and project delivery.
• Lead contract close-out activities, including final account negotiations, warranty management and claim settlements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial management, contract management, procurement or project controls within renewable energy, infrastructure or construction projects.
• Proven experience managing EPC and construction contracts for utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Experience with FIDIC, NEC or similar contractual frameworks.
• Solid understanding of claims management, dispute resolution and change order processes.
• Experience in Solar PV, Wind, BESS, Hybrid Projects and Grid Connection infrastructure is highly desirable
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proactive, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Negotiation skills with external stakeholders.
