• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en Procurement, Cadena de Suministro o disciplinas afines.
• Experiencia en licitaciones, evaluación de proveedores y adjudicación de contratos.
• Conocimiento de entornos industriales, fabricación o regulados y gestión de órdenes de compra.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de aprovisionamiento y contratación para CAPEX.
• Gestionar licitaciones, evaluación de proveedores, negociación y adjudicación.
• Gestionar costes, PO, variaciones y rendimiento de proveedores a lo largo del proyecto.
• Identificar riesgos de la cadena de suministro y asegurar cumplimiento EHS, calidad y gobernanza.
• Colaborar con Project Managers, Finanzas, Ingeniería y EHS para ejecución de proyectos.

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Procurement CAPEX Representative to support the successful delivery of a portfolio of capital investment projects within a manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing project procurement strategies, managing sourcing and contracting activities, and ensuring that procurement decisions deliver value while supporting project objectives related to cost, schedule, quality, compliance and risk management.

You’ll be responsable of :

• Develop and implement project procurement and contracting strategies aligned with project objectives and business priorities.
• Lead sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation, negotiation and contract award activities across CAPEX projects.
• Manage commercial aspects of contracts, purchase orders, variations and supplier performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor procurement expenditure, commitments and forecasted costs, ensuring alignment with approved project budgets.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain, procurement and contractor-related risks that may impact project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with quality, EHS, legal, sustainability and corporate governance requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Finance, Engineering, Legal and EHS teams to support successful project execution.
• Provide regular reporting on procurement activities, contract status, risks, savings and key project milestones.
• Support contractor onboarding, documentation management and site compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote procurement best practices across CAPEX projects.

Requisitos

• This position requires working on site 5 days a week.
• Minimum 2 years of experience within Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Engineering, Project Controls, Commercial Management or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting sourcing activities, supplier negotiations, tender evaluations and contract awards.
• Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, engineering, construction or regulated environments.
• Experience managing purchase orders, contracts, supplier relationships and change management processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement tools and project cost management practices.
• Understanding of supplier risk management, compliance requirements and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working alongside EHS, Quality, Legal and Finance functions.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
