A multinational food company in Madrid seeks an R&D Process Technician Trainee to support new food process development. As an intern, you'll work on formulation to packaging and engage in continuous improvement projects. Formación

Overview

R&D Process Technician Trainee

At Bolton Food, we are looking for an R&D Process Trainee to join our R&D Team. This internship is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in Food Process Development while contributing to the design, validation, and optimization of food processes in a dynamic, international environment. You will support the development of new food processes—from formulation to packaging—collaborate with suppliers and technical teams, and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or similar (recent graduate).
• Good command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Minimum Intermediate English (B2). French or Italian are a plus.
