TD SYNNEX Brasil Ltda is seeking a pre and post sales specialist to support the Sales Floor and the business unit. You will become a centre of excellence for a product or technology group and work cross-functionally with marketing and management.

The role focuses on driving revenue, delivering outstanding service, and developing product knowledge while maintaining intranet resources and advising on pricing and promotions. This is a dynamic role in a global tech distribution environment.

Formación

• Numeracy, time management and attention to detail are essential.
• Good communication skills and customer focus are required.
• Proficient with Word and Outlook; SAP R3 and SAP BW knowledge an advantage.
• Experience in a technology business and distribution environment is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre and post sales specialist support across the Sales Floor.
• Act as a centre of excellence for a product or technology group.
• Drive revenue by focusing on specific technology areas/accounts.
• Maintain and develop the TD SYNNEX intranet site for the Sales Floor.
• Develop product knowledge and offer complete solutions to customers.
• Prioritise and resolve customer care issues promptly.
• Communicate product information, pricing, offers and promotions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Managers on materials and campaigns.
• Escalate potential problems and coordinate with teams as needed.

Job Purpose:

To provide pre and post sales specialist support across the Sales Floor and within the business unit. Become a ‘centre of excellence’ for a specific product or technology group.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to focus on specific technology groups/accounts and help drive increases revenue within those areas
• Provision of an outstanding quality service
• Development and regular maintenance of the TD SYNNEX intranet site to ensure an effective first port of call for the Sales Floor
• Develop a high level of product knowledge, technically aware and has the ability to provide complete solutions
• Ability to prioritise and resolve customer care issues
• Communicate product information and pricing, special offers and promotions
• Promote and drive business through TD SYNNEX’s e-commerce tools
• Recognition and appropriate escalation of potential problems
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Business Manager on the creation and validation of marketing materials
