HP Barcelona is seeking a Data Analysis Intern to support the Services Supply Chain Transition Practice. You will collect, clean, and connect transition data, design dashboards and KPI views, and analyze performance to drive improvements.

The role offers a flexible schedule (4h/day or 8h/day) within an international, technology-driven setting. Eligible university students in Spain, starting Feb 2027 through June–July 2027, with a chance to join the HP Graduate Program after placement, and access

• Currently enrolled in a university in Spain; internship eligibility and agreement required.

• Strong analytical mindset with interest in process engineering and data management.

Responsibilities

• Support Development and improvement of Transition Practice framework, playbook, and governance materials.
• Collect, structure, clean, and connect transition-related data from trackers and sources.
• Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI views for progress and risks.
• Analyze process performance, identify improvements, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Assist automation of recurring reporting and data consolidation using digital tools.

The practice connects cross-functional teams, structures operational readiness, improves data visibility, and develops repeatable processes, governance, tools, and performance indicators that support predictable go-live execution.Join us to help turn this evolving practice into a scalable, data-driven operating model with practical tools that teams can use every day.Key responsibilities:Support the development and continuous improvement of the Transition Practice framework, playbook, process maps, templates, and governance materials.Collect, structure, clean, and connect transition-related data from existing trackers and operational sources to improve data quality and traceability.Help design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI views that provide visibility into transition progress, operational readiness, risks, milestones, and outcomes.Analyze process performance and recurring issues, identify improvement opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations and visual insights.Support the automation and simplification of recurring reporting, data consolidation, and workflow activities using appropriate digital tools.Requirements:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or a related field.Strong analytical skills and interest in process engineering, operational excellence, data management, and performance measurement.Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
