Qualifications

• Engineering degree. You are interested in technology and manufacturing, and have a natural curiosity about how things work.
• Leadership: you enjoy being the leader and can do so in an effective way. You have successfully led/organized activities in the past
• Analytical: you are able to understand complex concepts and solve problems applying logical thinking
• Communication: you are clear and concise and communicate in an ordered and "to the point" manner
• English: confident speaking and writing, as you will need it daily.

Responsibilities

• Study and improvement of a piece of equipment, developing operating standards and ensuring the production team understands and follow them
• Execution of a project that will deliver savings to the operation
• Design and implementation of a specific process that has a positive impact to safety, quality or performance of the production lines.
