Coforge in Spain is seeking an engineer to support functional process optimisation within one of our international projects. You will drive component delivery, develop technical solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance across workshops.

The role requires collaboration across teams, a strong analytical mindset, and a degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering, with preference for experience in MRO environments.

Formación

• Degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering.
• English level C1 or equivalent.
• Desirable experience in aircraft maintenance or MRO environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and continuous improvement orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Component delivery management — Ensure smooth and timely delivery of components to MRO organisations and customers.
• Technical solution development — Design, enhance, and redefine technical solutions and tools to optimise component repair processes.
• Regulatory compliance — Ensure workshop processes comply with regulations and quality standards.
• Workshop production planning — Strengthen production planning across workshops, including resource sizing and staff training needs.
• Cost reduction and continuous improvement — Develop strategies to reduce variable costs and optimise workshop capability lists.
