BD (Becton, Dickinson and Co.) is hiring a Process Engineer for the ESP Huesca - Fraga site. You will provide technical support to manufacturing operations and lead process improvement projects in collaboration with maintenance and quality teams.

Key responsibilities include monitoring processes for performance (OEE), waste and quality issues, performing root-cause analysis, and driving standardized best practices while complying with BD quality policies.

Formación

• BS or equivalent experience in engineering (mechanical, electrical, biomedical).
• Proficient level of English.
• 1-3 years experience with manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Control, monitor & evaluation of manufacturing processes to mitigate losses and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and perform problem solving and root-cause analysis.
• Understand processes to implement best practices and standardize methods.
• Lead and/or support manufacturing projects through design control and analyses.
• Ensure compliance with BD quality policies via training and documentation.

Job Description

As Process engineer, you will provide technical support to manufacturing operations as well as coordinating and leading process improvement projects with the collaboration of maintenance and quality departments.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Control, monitor & evaluation of manufacturing processes in order to mitigate losses (Performance/OEE, Waste, Quality notifications) and implement continuous improvement methodologies.
• Plan and perform problem solving and/or root-cause-analysis.
• Understand processes in order to implement Best Practices and standardize working methodologies.
• Lead and/or support manufacturing projects (change of material, process improvement changes, etc.) through design control processes and generating well-documented research and analyses records.
• Demonstrate strong drive for results and clear accountability for successful and accurate completion of designated tasks and projects
• Ensures compliance with BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through appropriate communication, training, and education of engineering principles

About you
