BD is a global medical technology company seeking a Process Engineer to provide technical support to manufacturing and lead process improvement projects in Fraga, Spain.

You will collaborate with maintenance and quality teams, apply root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to BD quality policies and procedures.

The role is on-site in ESP Huesca - Fraga, with a salary range of €29,400 to €47,025 per year and English proficiency required.

Formación

• BS or equivalent in engineering (mechanical, electrical, biomedical)
• Proficient level of English
• 1–3 years experience with manufacturing processes

Responsabilidades

• Control, monitor & evaluation of manufacturing processes to mitigate losses and implement continuous improvement methodologies
• Plan and perform problem solving and/or root-cause-analysis
• Understand processes to implement Best Practices and standardize methodologies
• Lead and/or support manufacturing projects through design control processes and create well-documented analyses
• Demonstrate drive for results and accountability for task completion
• Ensure compliance with BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through training and education of engineering principles

Job Description

As Process engineer, you will provide technical support to manufacturing operations as well as coordinating and leading process improvement projects with the collaboration of maintenance and quality departments.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Control, monitor & evaluation of manufacturing processes in order to mitigate losses (Performance/OEE, Waste, Quality notifications) and implement continuous improvement methodologies.
• Plan and perform problem solving and/or root-cause-analysis.
• Understand processes in order to implement Best Practices and standardize working methodologies.
• Lead and/or support manufacturing projects (change of material, process improvement changes, etc.) through design control processes and generating well-documented research and analyses records.
• Demonstrate strong drive for results and clear accountability for successful and accurate completion of designated tasks and projects
• Ensures compliance with BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through appropriate communication, training, and education of engineering principles

About You

• BS or equivalent experience in engineering (mechanical, electrical, biomedical)
• Proficient level of English
• 1-3 years experience with manufacturing processes
