Corecruitment Ltd is seeking an Estate Manager to oversee the flawless operation of a private estate in Asturias, Spain. This hands-on role requires leading a six-person team and maintaining the property's excellence across five buildings and surrounding grounds.

The position offers a high-responsibility leadership challenge, with a salary between €100,000 and €120,000 gross per year and ASAP start. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential for daily operations and stakeholder communication.

Formación

• Proven management experience in a complex facility such as hospitality, construction, manufacturing, or technical services.
• Hands-on approach with practical problem-solving and strong work ethic.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage people, processes and procedures.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operation of a 20-hectare private estate, five buildings and parkland.
• Ensure all engineering systems, machinery and equipment are maintained to high standards.
• Lead and coordinate a team of six specialists, defining priorities and roles.
• Develop administrative and operational systems including performance assessments.
• Maintain property cleanliness and condition, relieving the owner of daily burdens.
• Address issues proactively using modern tools and technology.
