Responsabilidades

• Oversee preservation, order and flawless operation of a 20-hectare estate with multiple buildings.
• Ensure maintenance of engineering systems, machinery, and equipment to high standards.
• Lead and coordinate six specialists, defining priorities, procedures and roles.
• Develop and implement administrative and operational systems, including performance assessments.
• Maintain cleanliness and immaculate condition of the property to ease owner's daily burden.
• Proactively address issues using technology to find effective solutions.

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Estate Manager to oversee the flawless operation of a private estate in Asturias, Spain. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preservation, order, and flawless operation of a 20-hectare private estate, including five buildings and surrounding parkland.
• Ensure all engineering systems, machinery, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.
• Lead and coordinate a team of six specialists, defining priorities, procedures, and job descriptions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement administrative and operational systems, including performance assessments and motivation strategies.
• Maintain cleanliness, technical soundness, and immaculate condition of the property, ensuring the owner is relieved of daily operational burdens.
• Address and resolve issues proactively, using modern tools and technologies to find solutions without creating additional challenges.

Key Requirements

• Proven management experience in a complex facility (e.g., hospitality, construction, manufacturing, or technical services). Prior experience as a private estate manager is not required.
• Hands-on approach with a focus on practical problem-solving and a strong work ethic. Preference for candidates who have achieved tangible results in past roles.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage people, processes, and procedures effectively.
• Commitment to quality, order, and responsibility, aligning with the estate’s values of respect for nature and people.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, nature-rich environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
