You will translate owner standards into clear procedures and ensure orderly, high-quality operations on site. The role offers accommodation on the estate, meals, medical insurance and a competitive salary (€120,000/year gross) with quarterly bonuses up to €40,000, reflecting commitment to quality

Formación

• Experience in hands-on property management or estate administration.
• Ability to translate owner’s requirements into standards and procedures.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality maintenance and operations.
• Willingness to work in Asturias biosphere reserve environment.
