Our client, a leading Mid Market Private Equity fund is looking for strong additions to their team in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

Lead the full investment lifecycle — from sourcing and due diligence to structuring, execution, and portfolio management.

Develop and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and impact-driven stakeholders across Latin America and Europe.

Oversee financial modelling, valuation analysis, and investment memoranda preparation for the Investment Committee.

Drive post-investment value creation, impact measurement, and exit strategies to ensure both financial and social returns.

Mentor junior team members, providing strategic guidance and oversight throughout deal execution.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or venture capital, ideally with exposure to impact or sustainable investing.

Proven track record in deal origination and execution across growth or middle-market transactions.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Fluent Spanish speaker with professional fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Deep understanding of ESG principles and impact measurement frameworks (e.g., IRIS+, GIIN).
