Mercor is seeking experienced private equity associates to construct a financial model from a synthetic deal document pack for a consumer/leisure transaction. You will deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, references, and assumptions, and you will peer-review two other models against a fixed rubric with written rationales.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of relevant experience, currently or recently an associate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund with a consumer/leisure focus,

Formación

• 2–4 years total experience in investment banking or private equity.
• Associate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund with a consumer/leisure focus.
• Ability to build a financial model from source documents without a template.
• English-speaking

Responsabilidades

• Build a working financial model of an assigned consumer/leisure transaction from a synthetic deal document pack.
• Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions.
• Peer-review two anonymized models against fixed criteria with short rationales and scores.
