J.P. Morgan in Madrid seeks a Relationship Partner to support Client Advisors by coordinating service and maintenance activities for Private Bank clients. You will be the primary contact for service needs, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client satisfaction.

Collaborate with advisors, operations and technology to deliver top-tier client experiences. Ideal candidates bring a finance/business background, strong communication, and experience in financial services.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, law, or related field; CFA/IMC a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients.
• Experience in financial services or banking with client service excellence.
• PowerPoint and Excel proficiency; CRM systems advantageous.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with accuracy.
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities in client situations.
• Ability to work independently and with teams to prioritize client experience.
• Licensing or certifications as location requires (e.g., Series 7, Series 63).
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate all client servicing and account maintenance activities, ensuring high-quality client service.
• Coordinate with Advisors, Operations, Middle Office and Onboarding to meet documentation and servicing needs.
• Address and resolve Client and Advisor inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Execute client transactions relating to cash/liquid positions, corporate actions and inquiries.
• Monitor and manage client cash balances and account positions.
• Facilitate investments in liquidity funds and FX within set limits.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to bankers and product partners.
• Drive digital adoption through client education and outreach.
• Lead completion of the client Periodic Review process.
• Investigate and resolve potential fraud, errors, and losses promptly.
• Support business, team, and Advisor projects to drive team success.
