ebury anz is seeking a Data Privacy Manager to lead privacy pillars across the group and guide DPIAs, risk assessments, and cross-functional privacy projects. You will oversee data breach handling, draft complex DP/sharing agreements, and act as the privacy liaison for key functions.

Fluency in English and French is required, with Spanish a plus. Requires 4+ years in data privacy, strong GDPR expertise, and experience with OneTrust.

Formación

• This role requires 4+ years in data privacy or protection with program management.
• Expert-level knowledge of EU/UK GDPR and global privacy laws is required.
• Experience conducting DPIAs and privacy risk assessments.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional compliance programs and senior stakeholder influence.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive privacy program pillars including RoPA management and training.
• Lead DPIAs and privacy risk assessments including AI systems.
• Manage cross-functional privacy compliance projects with EU AI Act intersections.
• Draft and negotiate Data Processing/Sharing Agreements with third parties.
• Oversee data breach handling end-to-end and reporting.
• Serve as primary privacy contact for HR, Marketing, Legal, Security, Compliance.
• Translate emerging privacy and AI governance developments into actionable guidance.
