Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Senior Expert – Technical Privacy to ensure GDPR and global privacy alignment across technology systems, products, and data workflows. You will implement privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default throughout the development lifecycle and work with engineering, legal, and security to embed privacy into architectures from scratch.

You will lead privacy impact assessments, mentor engineers, and stay ahead of evolving regulations.

Formación

• Deep, hands-on understanding of privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default in real-world systems.
• Experience implementing privacy principles in cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR technical requirements and data minimization.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical designs.
• Proven mentoring ability for engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and operationalize privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default across the product lifecycle.
• Develop frameworks and patterns to meet GDPR, HIPAA, EU Data Act, EU AI Act.
• Build a robust privacy engineering toolbox for encryption, pseudonymization, and secure storage.
• Translate regulatory requirements into system requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Lead privacy impact assessments from a technical perspective and define mitigations.
