Fresenius Kabi Deutschland GmbH seeks a Senior Enterprise Architect to define and govern the Enterprise Architecture framework across programs and IT projects. You will ensure principles and standards are applied, and governance is embedded into delivery.

You will lead Architecture Review Board sessions, manage risks and decisions, and collaborate with PMO, security, data governance, and procurement to shift from late-stage approval to early-stage advisory.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or IT governance.
• Experience defining or operating architecture governance in complex organizations.
• Experience facilitating architecture boards or senior decision forums.
• Knowledge of architecture principles, standards, and compliance mechanisms.

Responsabilidades

• Define, maintain, and improve the Enterprise Architecture governance framework.
• Align governance with IT, security, data, and innovation at group level.
• Embed governance into portfolio management and delivery processes.
• Prepare and facilitate Architecture Review Board sessions with options, risks, and recommendations.
• Manage logs, risks, and escalation to IT and business governance bodies.
• Evolve standards and guardrails; maintain in LeanIX or repositories.
• Monitor compliance, identify deviations, and define mitigations.
• Collaborate with PMO, IT governance, and other teams to promote early-stage advisory.
