Harnham in Barcelona is seeking a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to provide technical leadership across the ML function while remaining hands-on in model development and production systems.

You will define technical direction, design and deploy scalable models, mentor engineers, and align ML initiatives with commercial goals. Experience in adtech, real-time bidding, and MLOps is highly valued.

Formación

• Production ML systems design and ownership
• Experience deploying ML models at scale
• Strong Python and ML framework proficiency
• Understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management
• Experience with recommender systems, LTV, churn modeling
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Define technical direction for ML systems and frameworks
• Design, develop and optimize ML models for large-scale production
• Lead development of recommendations, bidding and audience targeting
• Build attribution models and customer lifetime value solutions
• Drive MLOps, monitoring, observability and retraining processes
• Improve ML infrastructure, experimentation platforms and deployment
• Collaborate with leaders to align ML with business goals
• Mentor engineers and influence architectural decisions
