All The Hires is hiring a data scientist/ML engineer for our Barcelona office to design end-to-end ML models for adTech, targeting improvements, and ROI optimization. You will push data-driven decisions across the business and work closely with cross-functional teams in a city-center Barcelona environment.

The role requires 2+ years in ad-tech, 3+ years in data science, strong Python/SQL skills with PySpark and Pandas, and experience with PyTorch.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in the ad-tech domain.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data science, ideally in a product-focused company.
• Proficient in Python and SQL, with hands-on PySpark and Pandas.
• Proven track record of training DNN models using PyTorch and managing workflows with Hydra or Comet.
• Experience deploying data solutions using AWS cloud services.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end ML models to optimize ad targeting, bid strategies and campaign ROI.
• Develop high-performance data science solutions from analysis to production deployment.
• Independent analysis of large datasets to uncover patterns driving decisions and product innovation.
• Maintain and optimize ML models and data pipelines for efficiency in a fast-moving ad-tech ecosystem.
• Translate complex technical requirements into data-driven insights for non-technical stakeholders.
