Solera CAP-HPI is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead Java-based development across customer-facing and internal applications. You will mentor the team, ensure delivery to standards, and collaborate with Architecture to maintain robust technical governance.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, latest Java tech, and a proactive approach to testing, automation and continuous improvement within an autonomous squad.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience as a Technical Lead.
• Over 10 years’ experience delivering IT development projects.
• Related degree or equivalent qualifications/experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and maintain customer-facing and internal web applications to defined standards.
• Lead and coach squad, promote Solera standards.
• Collaborate with Architecture to define and enforce technical standards.
• Advocate testing and automation practices.
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with Product Development.
