SoftServe is seeking a senior technical leader to oversee the product's architecture and drive the development team in delivering scalable solutions. You will collaborate with product owners, participate in hands-on coding, and ensure adherence to architectural standards across deployments.

The role requires strong English and Spanish communication, deep Java/Spring expertise, and experience with modern tooling and CI/CD processes in a multinational client environment.

Formación

• Experience building complex business logic-driven applications.
• Proficient with Java 17+, Maven and Spring frameworks.
• Knowledge of databases: MariaDB/PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Strong testing and code coverage practice (JUnit, JaCoCo).
• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kafka, Avro and Schema Registry.
• OpenAPI-first API design and monitoring tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee technical aspects of the product and drive strategic initiatives.
• Lead and manage the technical development team as primary technical authority.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to define and prioritize tech backlog and requirements.
• Ensure technical excellence and success of delivered solutions.
• Engage in hands-on coding to resolve complex issues.
• Act as expert on architecture and evolve it continuously.
• Ensure adherence to architecture and update versions as needed.
• Monitor production performance and resolve incidents.
• Drive continuous deployment with rigorous testing (unit, functional, regression).
• Provide guidance to align with architecture and deploy features across environments.
• Manage technical debt and prioritize within development cycles.
• Work with service-oriented architecture to develop complex business solutions.
• Collaborate with the customer and participate in business trips.
• Mentor team on best practices for high-quality outcomes.
• Identify and remove technical obstacles and promote continuous improvement.
