You will align technical strategy with business goals, drive cross-team initiatives, and mentor engineers while tackling the toughest problems across domains. This role demands strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and operating production distributed systems.
• Experience in real-time communications is a strong plus.
• Cloud experience with AWS preferred.
• Solid understanding of security, observability and incident management.
• Ability to review code and architecture across different stacks.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction and target architecture for the platform.
• Align architecture with business and product goals.
• Tackle high-impact reliability and performance challenges at scale.
