Customer Experience Digital Global Search Application Manager
Your primary focus will be to develop, implement, and manage a customer‑centric global search application that enhances the customer experience through effective search functionalities. Leveraging AI and semantic search solutions, you will work closely with the Global Search Domain Leader to drive the implementation of advanced search capabilities and continuously improve the application’s features to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of customer search behaviour, preferences, and pain points.
- Design, implement, and maintain a customer‑centric global search architecture that leverages AI and semantic search solutions.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of the digital global search application by monitoring performance, conducting tests, and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate advanced search algorithms and AI technologies for improved search relevance and accuracy.
Project Coordination
- Define and manage projects related to the digital global search application, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including UX/UI designers, data scientists, and developers, to implement AI‑driven search enhancements.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into the search application’s evolution.
Continuous Improvement and Personalization
- Continuously monitor and analyze customer search patterns, preferences, and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively propose and implement enhancements to the search application leveraging AI and semantic search techniques.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends and advancements in AI‑powered search and semantic technologies to drive continuous optimization.
Collaboration with Global Search Domain Leader
- Work closely with the Global Search Domain Leader to align the search application strategy with business objectives.
- Collaborate on defining the vision, roadmap, and key performance indicators for the digital global search application.
- Provide regular updates to the Global Search Domain Leader on the progress, challenges, and opportunities related to the application.
Training and Support
- Develop training materials and provide guidance to internal teams on utilizing the digital global search application to enhance customer interactions.
- Offer technical support to stakeholders and end‑users, resolving issues promptly and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Marketing.
- Proven experience in managing digital application projects with a focus on customer experience and search functionalities.
- Strong project management skills, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- In‑depth knowledge of search technologies, including AI‑powered search, natural language processing, and semantic search.
- Familiarity with customer experience best practices and methodologies.
- Experience in implementing AI‑driven solutions and leveraging semantic search techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working collaboratively with domain leaders and stakeholders.
