Ryanair Labs in Madrid is recruiting a Data Scientist to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group. You will lead advanced models to optimise pricing, segmentation and forecasting across the business.

We seek 3+ years of experience with strong Python/SQL, Databricks, and ML expertise, capable of translating analysis into actionable business decisions. Hybrid work with up to three days remote; based in Madrid with collaboration across Ryanair offices.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional Data Science experience.
• Masters or PhD preferred; degree in Data Science or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced models and algorithms to optimise pricing strategies, segmentation or forecasting across the business.
• Work autonomously to scope and deliver analysis of performance metrics, identifying the questions worth answering.
• Apply sophisticated statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyse historical data, forecast demand, and identify pricing and revenue opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of performance metrics, including revenue impact, price elasticity, and customer segmentation, to assess the effectiveness of strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex analysis into decisions stakeholders can act on.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners, providing guidance on best practices, analytical methodologies, and data visualization techniques.
• Be a self-starter and consistently show initiative, diligence on a daily basis.
• Regular presentations across multiple teams and departments.
