Enerpac Tool Group in Mallabia (Bilbao area) is seeking a Mechanical Technician to safely assemble, test, and maintain mechanical systems in line with specifications and HSE requirements. You will identify and resolve mechanical issues and support continuous improvement.

The role requires a technical diploma, 2–3 years of industrial experience, and the ability to read drawings, interpret schematics, and work with mechanical tools. You may travel to different sites as needed.

Formación

• Technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mechanical assembly, maintenance or repair within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and organize work activities according to job requirements and safety standards.
• Apply appropriate mechanical assembly and joining techniques (e.g., bolting, fitting, hydraulic connections).
• Assemble mechanical parts, components and systems in line with technical specifications.
• Perform functional and quality tests on assembled equipment to ensure compliance with standards.
• Implement modifications or adjustments as required by engineering or customer specifications.
• Set up, calibrate and adjust mechanical devices and tools for optimal performance.
• Diagnose and analyze mechanical faults, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Report any deficiencies or irregularities during work execution to the team leader promptly.
• Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, company processes, and contribute to safety awareness.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions, both internally and externally.
• Adhere to company policies, ensuring safety and health are the top priority at all times.
