Flowserve in Barcelona is seeking a Precision Assembler to prepare assembly work, follow drawings, and perform tests. The role includes disassembly, cleaning, inspecting and reassembly during repair processes to deliver high-quality products.

You will use micrometers, vernier calipers, and CMMs, read blueprints, and maintain safety and documentation. Overtime/weekends may be required; opportunity to contribute to CIP and continuous improvement.

Formación

• HS Diploma / GED and/or 0-2 years relevant experience.
• Experience with workshop tools and mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble according to drawings and work orders; test when required.
• Demonstrates an advanced understanding of inspection equipment to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Ensure all parts are clean prior to assembly and that assemblies follow procedures.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Read blueprints and write routine reports; communicate with peers and supervisors.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends when required.
