Flowserve is seeking a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting in Spain (Cataluña, Barcelona). You will operate and maintain a range of machines, use hand tools, and assist in setup and installation while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include moving materials with forklifts, reading blueprints, and contributing to production flow. The role requires teamwork, basic math, and the ability to follow complex instructions, with potential training of new operators.

Formación

• Basic shop math and ability to read blueprints/route sheets.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and policy.
• Experience with hand tools and measurement instruments.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Collaborative in a team environment; willing to train others.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain machines and equipment.
• Move materials using power lift trucks and forklifts.
• Ensure smooth production flow and resolve simple production issues.
• Read route sheets/blueprints and follow written instructions.
• Train new machine operators as needed.
• Follow established safety procedures and policies.
