A recruitment firm specializing in technology roles seeks a Practice Lead for AI & LowCode in Spain. This role involves building and scaling an Enterprise AI practice, leading client engagements, and driving commercial growth. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of consulting experience, a solid technical understanding of AI and cloud technologies, and fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish.

What is the mission of the company

We’re looking a Practice Lead to build and scale an Enterprise AI practice for our client, blending business strategy and operations with deep technology expertise and entrepreneurial ownership to design and deliver transformative AI solutions; the ideal profile is a hybrid with commercial drive, a process mindset, and strong communication skills coupled with a robust understanding of enterprise AI and modern tech ecosystems.

The practice’s mission is to enable AI-native operations by implementing agentic frameworks, identifying and scaling automation opportunities, and deploying GenAI-powered assistants, agents, and enterprise applications across core and adjacent domains, leveraging pragmatic low-code where it fits and leading custom-coded builds with the engineering team when it doesn’t.

What is the mission of this role?
  • Build and scale the Enterprise AI consulting vertical, shaping the value proposition, delivery formats, methodical playbooks and reusable tools.
  • Lead end-to-end client engagements from opportunity framing and use‑case validation to MVP implementation and deployment of assistants, agents and automations.
  • Drive commercial growth in close partnership with Sales, creating pitches, winning projects and translating client needs into scalable value propositions.
  • Recruit, onboard and lead a high‑performing cross‑functional team; set delivery standards and foster excellence.
  • Connect strategy, tech and execution with broader engineering teams to integrate AI‑native tools, low‑code platforms and agentic frameworks into impactful business solutions.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have
  • 8+ years in consulting, digital transformation or business building, with success launching products / solutions or consulting offerings in innovation contexts.
  • Solid technical understanding across cloud infrastructures, data platforms and AI models, plus strong exposure to agentic AI, automation and low‑code ecosystems.
  • End‑to‑end consulting skills : strategy, validation, business case and MVP delivery, with analytical and process‑driven thinking.
  • The ability to translate technology into commercial impact and measurable outcomes, with excellent communication and leadership.
  • An entrepreneurial, pragmatic, structured and outcome‑oriented mindset with high ownership; passion for new technologies and their business impact.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
