P&G Madrid General Office is seeking an Influencer & Community Manager to lead end-to-end influencer partnerships across Spain, driving content, creator selection, and performance optimization. You will collaborate with Brand, Media, and PR to localize global strategies and engage audiences on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit.

Competenze

• Experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Exposure to health/beauty or consumer brands is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end influencer campaigns.

• Lead locally relevant execution of influencer, KOL, and expert strategies with ROI focus.
• Identify, vet and onboard creators across tiers (micro, macro, celebrity, experts).
• Manage relationships with creators, agents, and talent partners; oversee briefing, content, rollout and reporting.
• Drive community engagement through real‑time conversations and advocacy programs.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative and PR teams to shape social-first content and calendars.
• Monitor sentiment and risks; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
