BVGroup is seeking a PPC Executive for on-site work in Gibraltar. You will scale paid search across major engines and app ecosystems, running multi-market campaigns in Ireland, the UK, and Ontario, with a focus on ROAS and NGR targets.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with major PPC platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Execute PPC strategies defined by the PPC Manager, optimising assigned accounts to deliver against monthly and annual business targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day PPC activity, ensuring campaigns meet quality, compliance, and regulatory standards across all active geos (Ireland, UK, Ontario).
• Monitor daily campaign performance (keyword optimisation, bid adjustments, ad testing, competitor assessments) to support achievement of market‑specific FTD and NGR goals.
• Ensure each assigned market operates with a robust commercial approach, following performance objectives and KPIs set by the business.
• Analyse campaign effectiveness across markets and provide insights to support future channel and campaign strategy.
• Produce accurate weekly and monthly reports that support data‑driven decision‑making across the business.
• Carry out technical optimisations, interpret analytics data, and apply innovative PPC techniques to improve efficiency and scale.
• Apply PPC best practices across all campaigns to maximise the presence and performance of our brands across search engines and app stores.
• Manage keyword portfolios, ad copy, bidding strategies, and channel structures across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other PPC platforms to meet defined KPIs.

PPC Executive – Gibraltar – On‑site (five days a week).

Purpose of the Role

As a PPC Executive you will help scale our paid search performance across major search engines and app ecosystems. You’ll run multi‑market campaigns across key regulated geos, including Ireland, the UK, and Ontario; supporting our Brand Tribes with precise execution, smart budget management, and continuous optimisation. You’ll play a key role in delivering strong acquisition performance while providing clear insights and reporting aligned with FTD, NGR, and ROAS targets set by the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute PPC strategies defined by the PPC Manager, optimising assigned accounts to deliver against monthly and annual business targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day PPC activity, ensuring campaigns meet quality, compliance, and regulatory standards across all active geos (Ireland, UK, Ontario).

Skills & Experience

• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads, SA360, and CM360.
• Experience managing high‑budget, multi‑market PPC campaigns.
• Strong track record working with high‑volume, acquisition‑focused PPC activity.
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve tracking issues.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong MS Office proficiency.
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a strong advantage, particularly within regulated markets (e.g., UK, Ontario).
• High numerical and analytical capability with a solid understanding of BI and data analytics.
• Fluent English communicator with the ability to present insights clearly.
• Results‑oriented, adaptable, and steady under pressure with strong attention to detail.
