dsm-firmenich is seeking a Product Lead for Digital Enablement on Power Platform to drive governance, strategy and adoption at scale across our global organisation. You will own end-to-end platform vision, partner with IT, business units and security teams, and drive secure low-code innovation including Gen AI copilots.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Platform Owner, or CoE Lead for Microsoft Power Platform.
• Demonstrated expertise in Governance, including DLP policies, environment strategy, and CoE frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio (agent creation/orchestration).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end Power Platform strategy, roadmap, and vision with a focus on scalability, innovation, responsibility and compliance.
• Define and evolve the Power Platform Center of Excellence, Environment Strategy, and Connector Strategy.
• Champion enterprise-wide use of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio to accelerate value creation.
• Establish governance guardrails, data protection measures, and security standards to prevent environment sprawl and protect data.
• Lead environment lifecycle management across personal, team, and enterprise zones.
