We are looking for a consultant with expertise in Microsoft's Power Platform to support the digitization plan in the business economic control area. This is a hybrid profile with a technical base for application development and a functional base in project control and business economic management.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical fields.
• Optional: Double degrees with a business layer in business administration and economic management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in development and consulting with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to final implementation.
• Experience in projects with agile methodology.
• Optional: Experience in projects with AI.
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards with Power BI.
• Experience in managing digital transformation projects.
• Advanced knowledge in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Knowledge in the administration of Power Platform environments.
• Knowledge in data management and modeling in Dataverse.

Main Duties

• Collaborate in the execution of the area's digitization plan.
• Monitor and support the projects within the plan to support their execution.
• Validate developed products: testing and acceptance.
• Contribute to the adoption of digital solutions: change management, training, support.
• Development and Process Automation with Power Platform:
  • Create and maintain applications, workflows, and automated solutions to improve efficiency in the Project Control area.
  • Develop applications in Power Apps, automate flows in Power Automate, and generate reports in Power BI to support decision‑making.
• Process Optimization:
  • Identify areas for improvement within the area's processes, proposing solutions.
  • Support the training and education of other team members in the use of Power Platform and other technological tools.
• Act as a liaison with the IT area for the implementation of technological solutions.
• Functional Area of Economic Management:
  • Develop in the business part of project management and PMP certifications.
