Formación

• PhD and MSc level in Bioinformatics or similar.

• Strong background in GNU / Linux cluster environments.

Responsabilidades

• Work on collection, analysis, and interpretation of biological/clinical data.
• Design data analysis strategies for high-throughput sequencing data.

Conocimientos

High-throughput cancer genome data analysis

Proficiency in scripting languages (Java, Python, Shell)

Experience with bioinformatics toolkits (Bioconductor)

Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment
